Our client who is a leading company in the manufacturing, importation, and distribution of healthcare, FMCG, beauty, and pet care products is looking for a a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The chosen candidate must be a leader and able to motivate their team creating an environment where ideas flourish and targets achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with individual brand managers to design strategies for all brands represented, including digital, off-line and in-store;
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department;
• Set, monitor and report on team goals;
• Design branding and positioning strategies for each brand in liaison with the brand managers and design team;
• Efficient recruitment of brand influences according to the target audience;
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts;
• Analyse consumer behavior and design marketing plans accordingly;
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share;
• Monitor competition (price changes, new products, and marketing campaigns);
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Qualification:
• 3+ years of marketing experience ideally in the health, retail, beauty or FMCG sector;
• Experience building and leading a team;
• Skilled at identifying and proposing ideas that will drive growth
• Experience working with stakeholders to collaborate on timelines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
• Excellent ability to analyse sales data and identify areas for growth/opportunity
• Successful working with high degree of autonomy
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and CRM
• Proficient in social media, PR, Digital marketing and influencer marketing
