Through our database of potential career seekers, we are able to respond quickly and effectively to most of our clients’ requests. Firstly, we meet our clients onsite, to gain a full understanding of the business culture as well as the position we are engaged to handle. Once we have substantial information, we access our wide talent pool and carry out an extensive database search, which results in a shortlist of resumes from pre-screened and pre-interviewed candidates. We will then forward the first shortlisted candidates to our client, so they are able to begin the direct interviewing process.
