A financial institution is currently seeking to fill the role of CEO. Chosen applicant will be responsible for developing business strategies in line with the organisation's objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the team to new business levels, within the regulatory framework and in-house policies, thus ensuring good corporate governance.
Build, motivate and ensure team morale and advance employee engagement
Develop a high performing managerial team
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired
results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Report to the Board key objectives and track these through KPI’s
Collaborate with other leadership executives and create a culture of ownership and accountability within the company
Skills and experience:
Strong background in the financial field with a professional business acumen
Tertiary level of education is considered a strong asset
Conversant with the regulatory framework and FinTech environments
Proven experience in a start-up at C-level
PQ’d in a similar role is considered a strong asset
