We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity with our esteemed client, a leading corporate services provider. We are currently seeking a dynamic Corporate Administrator who meets the following qualifications and can contribute to our client's success.
Duties:
• Maintaining Malta Business Registry-related online and manual filing systems;
• Coordinating with other teams for the purposes of maintaining client records;
• Ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained at all times;
• Liaising with clients, professional advisors, banks and authorities, both by telephone and in writing;
• Drafting minutes and resolutions and preparing documents in relation to routine transactions;
• Documenting funds received and disbursed; and
• Assisting in carrying out ad hoc reviews of client files.
Requirements:
• Have at least a GCSE level of education.
• Be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and, ideally, Maltese.
• Be familiar with document filing procedures used by the Malta Business Registry and have an understanding of the role of a Company Secretary.
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
