Our client is a European e-commerce group specializing in digital services. Their businesses are mainly focused on the UK, but they are launching a new Worldwide business in the Online Travel Industry.

Responsibilities:

-Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls;
-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution;
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
-Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary;
-Pass on customers’ feedback to keep improving our service.

Requirements

-Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills;
-Fluently speak English;
-Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
-Strong attention to details;
-Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools;
-Ability to work well in a team;
-Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities;
-In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles;
