Reporting to the HR Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the HR Manager with administrative tasks related to recruitment and retention. This position is ideal for junior applicants who are seeking an opportunity to gain invaluable experience within HR and see themselves growing in this important role.

Further responsibilities include:
  • Assist in the drafting of contracts and coordinating the engagement and termination process of employees;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records and documents with integrity and confidentiality;
  • Submit employee information to the relevant authorities and departments;
  • Take charge of the induction process for new employees and assist in ongoing training;
  • Assist the HR Manager on any employee complaints and provide support to resolve conflicts;
  • Assist with performance management process;
  • Assist the HR Manager with the planning and execution of events;

Requirements: 
  • A' Level standard of education,
  • Previous experience working within an administrative or HR related role.
  • Knowledge of the Maltese Employment law will be preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • An eye-for-detail and able to work autonomously;
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Highly computer literate with MS Office Suite.
