This vacancy is targeting HR applicants having already started climbing up the HR ladder, having around 2-3 years of previous experience in an HR related position. Chosen person will be reporting to the Senior Manager .

In this role, you will be involved in various HR matters such as talent management, performance management, retention, recognition, compensation and employee relations.

Further responsibilities include:
•    Developing and managing HR Specialists as well as contribute effectively as part of the HR management team;
•    Implementing HR policies and practises and guiding management on such; 
•    Act as a point of reference for employees and management on day to day issues;
•    Overseeing the entire experience of the recruitment process and the on-boarding experience;
•    Providing strategic interface to management and employees alike, through the provision of high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives;
•    Managing day to day operational matters, including disciplinary process and HR policies
•    Executing an effective employee experience;
•    Managing relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies and trade union partners;
•    Be active with delivering and supporting internal communications;
•    Constantly drive the HR strategy by implementing and executing ideas.

Applicants need to have previous experience working in a similar role within HR, and proven experience in managing people at different levels through challenging and negotiation.
A diploma/degree in human resources management or organisational psychology is desirable whilst being conversant with MS Office applications is a must.
Chosen candidate needs to have excellent attention to detail and highly organised, able to work under pressure and has a flexible time management schedule.
