Seeking an HR Specialist to join an existing HR team and be involved in assisting and supporting day-to-day employee matters, including recruitment, employer branding, training and succession plans.
Responsibilities:- Handling the recruitment process and the on-boarding experience of all team members
- Managing relationships with employees and management
- Conducting performance management
- Managing budgets
- Assisting and supporting management in ad-hoc tasks such as reporting exercises
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an HR position
- A flexible working approach.
- IN possession of a diploma/degree in psychology, HR or training
- Familiarity with Maltese employment law
