Duties:
- Lead and oversee all Corporate Service Provider (CSP) activities within the organization.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of CSP processes, including but not limited to filing of all MBR forms, share transfer procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Take minutes in meetings, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders during meetings.
- Ensure strict adherence to Maltese registration requirements and guidelines.
- Manage and oversee all regulatory CSP annual filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulations and update internal processes accordingly to maintain compliance.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring efficient and compliant procedures.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline onboarding and enhance client experience.
- If applicable, utilize qualification by the MFSA to enhance the organization's regulatory standing.
- Stay updated on MFSA regulations and ensure alignment with organizational practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, etc.).
- Proven experience in a senior executive role within the corporate services sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in CSP activities and processes.
- In-depth understanding of Maltese regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with the filing procedures for MBR forms, share transfers, and annual CSP regulatory filings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take accurate minutes during meetings and ensure effective communication within the organization.
- Experience in managing client onboarding processes.
- A commitment to providing a high standard of service to clients while maintaining compliance.
- Bonus if the candidate is PQd by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
- Demonstrated understanding of MFSA regulations and the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance organizational practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
