One of our established clients in the corporate service providers industry, is seeking to recruit a receptionist.

Duties include:

  • Greeting and providing assistance to clients;

  • Handling incoming calls in a professional manner and transferring; them to the appropriate personnel; 

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks;

  • Handle all incoming mail and deliveries to the office.


  • An A level standard of education;

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English;

  • Strong attention to detail;

  • Organized and has multitasking abilities

  • Proficient and independent user of MS Word and MS Excel.

While relevant work experience is considered a strong asset, it is not essential for the role as in-house training will be provided.
